Redemption Instructions
- To redeem the gift certificate, go to our store at http://palladium-store.com
- Sign in to your account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one before you can redeem the gift certificate.
- Under “My Account” click the link that says “Redeem Gift Certificate”
- Paste the gift certificate code you received into the field where it says “Enter gift certificate code”
- Click “Redeem”
The page will refresh, and your current balance will show that the gift certificate has been redeemed.
At that point, you will have store credit in that amount. When you place your next order with us, you will be able to choose “Apply Credit Balance” under payment options on the Shipping/Payment Selection screen during checkout.
